Job Description

-Support Head of Gobal Banking, CIB and Business Planning Manager on strategy development, business execution and business management

Key Roles and Responsibilities

-Prepare Business Plan and budget
-Track performance and implement initiatives to drive performance
-Work with CIB Top Team and functions to drive business initiatives
-Support implementation of Group initiatives
-Work with other Business Planning Managers to ensure consistency of approach
-Represent Global Banking, CIB in projects and forums
-Prepare materials for governance and business management forums
-Undertake specific business projects/ assignments.

Qualifications and Skills

-Self-driven individual with strong problem solving and execution skills
-Team player - ability to work with colleagues at all levels
-Project management experience / skills
-Strong MS Excel and Power point skills - ability to work with data and presentations
-Good communication skills are essential
-Collaborative and "can do" attitude
