Your New Role

• Manage and support payroll processes across APAC.
• Act as the key payroll contact for employees, HR, tax teams, legal entity controllers, and external payroll vendors.
• Liaise directly with tax authorities on payroll and tax-related matters when required.
• Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations.
• Handle payroll accounting and compliance activities within a finance function.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 2-3 years of payroll experience, ideally covering multinational payroll operations; payroll agency or Big Four backgrounds are welcomed.
• A strong understanding of Income/ salary tax regulations.
• Oracle Cloud Payroll experience would be highly advantageous.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
