I'm currently working with a client who are looking for digital mobile customer experience Business Analyst to maximize prospect and customer engagement in support of the business' strategic priorities.
To give you an overview of the role, the digital transformation team is responsible for driving all aspects of customer experience, data driven approach to enhancing the customer experience across full life cycle, with digital and mobile app as priority channels. Part of the role is partnering with stakeholder/ digital product owners by providing insight and analysis in the mobile apps, website and other digital platforms. Managing multiple, and complex projects at any time, while still delivery accurate and quality work.
To be considered for the role, you must have:
- Proven record in business analysis and lead digital projects initiatives with success
- Relevant Mobile App Development experience will be an advantage
- High Level of Technical knowledge, expertise, innovative ideas
- Stakeholder management exp from Local, Regional and Global Structure.
