About the Role
Join a large-scale retail banking transformation programme focused on business process harmonization, system integration, and platform enhancement initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and external vendors, you will play a key role in business analysis, requirements management, gap analysis, testing support, and end-to-end project delivery across retail banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for retail banking transformation initiatives.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to support process harmonization and system enhancement activities.
• Work closely with business users, product owners, technology teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, requirement walkthroughs, and solution review sessions.
• Create and maintain key project artifacts including BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, Process Flows, Gap Analysis Documents, Test Scenarios, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Support end-to-end project delivery throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
• Partner with development and testing teams during SIT and UAT phases.
• Support issue management, defect triage, project governance activities, and production releases.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business, operational, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Support migration, implementation, change management, and post-production stabilization activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within banking or financial services.
• Strong retail banking product knowledge, particularly in Mortgages, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Collections, and Fraud Management.
• Experience in large-scale system transformation, migration, integration, or platform enhancement projects.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, impact assessment, and gap analysis.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production implementation, and post-release activities.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of retail banking systems, lending operations, or loan origination platforms is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English.
