Business Analyst: MNC Client, Insurance, Core Systems
Working with one of our largest MNC insurance client's. We are looking for multiple IT Business Analyst's that will be responsible for managing end-to-end business analysis process covering liaison with different stakeholders, understand the operation workflow, perform impact analysis, produce concise business requirement, think out-of-the-box to provide cost-effective solutions, prepare testing plan and test cases, executing User Acceptance Test, manage offshore testing team on test execution, support implementation and manage post-implementation production enquiries and issues. Also responsible for MIS reports and product campaign management. This IT BA works collaboratively with different stakeholders to understand company priorities and ensure alignment with company key initiatives. This is a great opportunity to get in to Insurance, Cloud, Core Systems for a Junior to Intermediate candidate.

Job Duties
- Review and analyze requests from various departments and value streams
- Produce user requirement documents and specifications, and mock-ups for proposed solutions
- Build consensus and facilitate discussion with related stakeholders, business partners and IT development teams
- Participate in project planning from project initiation to closure and responsible for tracking requirement and testing progress
- Act as an internal business system area expert and champion
- Provide quality system training to business users
- Define test strategy, construct test plan and manage testing team on test execution to ensure the end product meets the business objectives
- Own, investigate and resolve system and project issues
- Plan and develop various reports to meet different business/regulatory needs, perform data analysis and integrity check

Key Requirements
-Experience 1-4 years (Junior to Intermediate)
-Full understanding of individual insurance products, operations and processes
- Experience in life insurance policy admin system enhancement
- Well organized and attentive to details, flexible with working hours
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, and disciplined with project scheduling
- Self initiated and have a strong drive to learn
- Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel and good understanding of SQL
- Able to clearly articulate business processes and ideas verbally and in written English
- Experience and knowledge in complicate testing execution and support
