Responsible for the smooth delivery of software product releases and the project management associated with the onboarding of new customers by partnering with the product and technical teams. Using strong communication and analysis skills as well as platform and solution expertise. Manage the implementation of product releases by working closely with the technical team to ensure functionality requirements are met as well as managing business processes and requirements from third party platforms – including API documentation from Chinese eCommerce and marketing platforms in addition to a range of business intelligence, ERP, and data warehouse tools. Some technical support triaging/escalations
- Understand, translate and prioritize user stories, UX and functional requirements ; providing input into solutions and working with the product and technical teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Partner with the technical team to ensure the quality of technical delivery of regular sprints and larger projects
- Research, manage, document, and support requirements of our 3rd party platform partners, primarily those in mainland china. Ensure smooth delivery of integration projects
- Technical support escalations for our products, assisting with the resolution of technical issues as needed
- Degree holder with 5 years experience in business analysis, product management and/or project management in a technology projects environment.
- 3 years experience within business intelligence, elt/data warehouse, or ecommerce technology. Specific experience in mainland china will be highly beneficial
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Experience working with 3rd party ecommerce marketplaces such as tmall and jd.com
