Business Analyst, renewable contract

Looking for a junior business analyst with solid BA skills including gathering requirements and preparing test plans for a large scale financial institution

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, customized solutions for business and internal system workflow
• Organize user requirement studies, conduct business requirement analysis, system design walkthru and documentation
• Work with business stakeholders, IT and vendors in system design, development, deployment process and quality assurance process
• Coordinate changes in requirements, improve/ replace business process and associated technology
• Conduct system testing and develop implementation plans to ensure smooth transition to production

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• Over 2 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in banking industry
• Good team player, open-minded and keen to learn. Attitude is key.
• Strong written and communication skills in English and Cantonese
• ServiceNow project experience is a plus
• Immediate available is ideal
