Our Client is a Global Legal firm and is one of the world's leading professional services businesses, bringing together the best people to meet all legal services needs globally.

Business planning and implementation:
* Support the implementation of the Hong Kong Dispute Resolution practice's strategic business development plan
* Attend regular practice group meetings to provide updates on key BD activity and provide guidance to partners and associates on future BD initiatives
* Help drive firm-wide or regional BD initiatives within the Hong Kong Dispute Resolution team as appropriate, working closely with the wider regional and global BD teams
Pitches, proposals and tender submissions:
* Manage the preparation of pitches and proposals, working with partners and legal teams on pitch strategy and approach
* Help develop strong key selling messages for the practice, to be deployed consistently in pitches and submissions
* Monitor the updating and maintaining of pitch support material for the practice group including credentials, pitch templates and CVs
Client relationships:
* Undertake research and analysis as required in relation to existing key clients and in order to identify new targets/opportunities
* Support the firm's global Client Listening programme, including helping to identify opportunities to collect feedback
Reputation, brand and profile:
* Work with the Senior Communications Manager - Asia on all media and PR opportunities relating to the Dispute Resolution practice
* Help prepare legal directory and award submissions for the practice groups as required
* Liaise with lawyers on articles for external publications and with professional support lawyers/knowledge management on content for client materials
