We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Management Specialist.

Principal responsibilities​
  • Oversee and the execution of business initiatives and activities in support of business area aims
  • Facilitate and support senior management decision making by use of management information, performance information, analytics, forums, stakeholder feedback
  • Investigate and remediate ad hoc issues which may be adversely affecting business unit performance
  • Provide operational business management support in all aspects to the IT COO and CIO
  • Support of financial management, both direct cost and business recharge
  • Support of portfolio management, involvement and understanding
  • Support of the Annual Operating Planning
  • Support of resource management
  • Oversight in IT sourcing and vendor management, support in approval process
  • Get involved with people initiatives

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in both Chinese and English. Ability to deal with all levels of seniority
  • Good analytical skills with ability to think logically, quickly grasp complex topics, and synthesize multiple sources of information
  • Good Information Technology skills and well versed in Excel, macros, data analytics and PowerPoint
  • Candidates from an Information Technology development background and eager to learn would be considered
  • Experience in Chief Operating Office areas, project management office, Management Services would be beneficial
  • Evidence of good networking and connecting skills
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, planning and management skills
  • Excellent team player, able to engage others into action, and with ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Capability to handle multi tasks, large volumes of data, and to work under pressure
  • Ability to find ways of solving or pre empting problems
  • Working knowledge of Clarity, GPDM, Pioneer, HR system would be beneficial
