We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as CMB Outcome Testing Review Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

  • Provide feedback from outcome testing to individuals within business and product teams to inform improvements to product and sales process
  • Increase customer satisfaction by ensuring the process is comply with all regulations and customers understand what they have bought through conducting, analyzing and report the result to stakeholders
  • Support Product Governance Manager to analyze the results of outcome testing in order to identify any systemic issue and recommend remediation
  • Manage to ensure a satisfactory customer experience when conducting the outcome testing calls with customers

  • University graduate in a relevant discipline with solid general banking experience
  • Relevant knowledge of commercial products sold in Business Banking is preferable
  • A self starter with lateral thinking, capable of multi tasking, effective problem solving and project management skills
  • Recognition of the regulatory requirements associated with financial services and experience of working within these is preferable
  • Relevant Insurance licenses such as Insurance Intermediary Qualifying Examination Paper 1,2,3 and License holder of Hong Kong Securities Institution papers is preferable
  • Well developed communication and interpersonal skills, with good commercial orientation
  • Frontline sales experience in commercial banking is an advantage
  • Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills and Computer skills is a must
