Our client is a NGO who are looking for an experienced CRM Database Administrator that will be working with an international team in ensuring the database is leveraged and stakeholders are having their needs met. The Administrator will develop, administer, configure, maintain and support the CRM Application (Blackbaud Enterprise CRM) and also field the many diverse requirements alongside a team of four other colleagues. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced individual to work on many exciting data & systems projects, and ensuring the Data Services continues to deliver a valuable service


Key Responsibilities
Development, Support & Administration

  • To ensure SQL scripts, and other regular scheduled Jobs are successfully executed
  • To ensure CRM database documentation remains up to date & relevant
  • To administer, configure, train, support and document critical CRM processes
  • To provide support for CRM end-to-end between users and vendor
  • To champion CRM ensuring its delivering its full potential at all times
  • To develop robust capturing systems for ensuring the accuracy of data
  • To understand, report, and seek to rectify Data Quality issues and impact
  • To coordinate with the international stakeholders ensuring they are briefed with CRM developments and the impact to marketing efforts
  • To establish effective techniques in coordinating & consolidating complex data requirements from stakeholders
  • To develop, maintain and execute business reports to aid organisation's operation
  • To maintain system configuration including user set up, screen customisation and layout, field and value creation/definition, as well as data management


Partnership and liaison

  • Work in close liaison with colleagues across all sites and promote good working relationships across the charity
  • Work with 3rd party suppliers
  • Work in partnership between the CRM and Marketing Function
  • Champion effective use of the database and data accuracy and lead in making others more data literate and able to access information


You Must Have/be:

  • At least 3 years' experience in either Database Marketing, or NGO sector
  • At least 1 year's experience with recognised CRM Software or Fundraising software
  • Proven experience with reporting tools such as SQL, Pivot Tables & BI
  • Clear & fluent in English as you will be working with an international team
  • The ability to problem solve and independently manage & prioritize workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong business and numeric sense with analytical mind
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, independent and team player
  • Good performer will be considered for a permanent position
