Cards and Payments Operations Manager | Fintech

Our client is a payment technology company that has achieved substantial growth over the last few years and is aiming to expand again over the coming years. With their headquarter based in Hong Kong, they have a presence in America, Canada, The UK, China, etc. They are currently looking for an Operations Manager to lead their Cards and Payments division.

Responsibilities

  • Report to Vice President
  • Supervise a team of Operations Associates
  • Implement effective customer service standards to enhance customer service satisfaction
  • Handle service dispute, customer enquiries and compliants
  • Prepare analysis report for management's perusal
  • Report workflow progress to next level supervision
  • Ensure card and payment operational processes are kept up to date
  • Manage system defects, system upgrades and product enhancements
  • Collaborate effectively with other stakeholders to resolve issues and drive process improvement

Requirements
  • Degree qualified
  • Minimum of 4 years of solid experience in cards and payments operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Pro-active, mature, well-organised and an excellent team player
  • Able to multi-task, prioritse work load and work in a fast paced environment
  • Candidates with more experience would be considered for a Director role while candidates with less experience would be considered for an Assistant Manager role
