We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Case Manager, Policy Servicing and Administration.

Principal responsibilities

  • Ensuring customer request or enquiry are handled in accordance with required standards of quality and timeliness
  • All primary records, user manuals and system are up to date and accurate
  • Ensure that systems are functioning correctly and are modified to address new product features and specific requirements associated with each market
  • Monitor operational effectiveness to meet product and service needs
  • Set procedures and guidelines for outsourced policy servicing activities to vendors by ensuring all processes are up to date and efficient
  • Ensure all Key Performance Indicators are met and exceed expectation
  • Ensure all risks and incidents are reported and handled timely until they are satisfactory resolved
  • Other tasks may be assigned when appropriate;
  • Comply at all times with procedural and customer service standards, and contribute actively to those standards
  • Ensure management are made aware timely of any issues, real or potential, that could affect our business and the services and products we provide.
  • Seeking opportunity for improvement through direct engagement in formulating process strategies and that of the sellers of our business to meet customer needs
  • Ensure all operational procedures and guidelines are up to date at all time and processes are fully compliant including CRS, FATCA, GN16, Global Standards and all other regulatory requirements laid down by the Group and regulators from time to time


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University Graduates
  • Solid years of experiences in identify and report any operational incidents, risks and control issues and escalate any inadequately control in operations
  • Develop and update a sound succession plan within the team through ongoing training and to provide coaching to new joiners when appropriate in helping the team to achieve all objectives of Life Insurance Operations
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
