Central Compliance - Regulatory Oversight Associate

As a team member of Hong Kong Central Compliance - Regulatory Oversight, you will provide support across the team in delivering its remit including licensing, regulatory change management, compliance policy management, training coordination and information reporting.


  • Support regulatory change activities including database management, distribution of circulars, communication with stakeholders and co ordination of reviews and updates
  • Support Compliance policy management including circulation of policy updates, gathering feedback, and annual reviews
  • Support Compliance training delivery including administration of Compliance Induction, as well as other Compliance owned trainings
  • Support anti-bribery and corruption processes
  • Perform permanent supervisory controls
  • Prepare management reports
  • Support licensing processes and procedures
  • Maintain Compliance administrative information
  • Other ad hoc projects


  • Graduate level preferred

Past Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in regulatory Compliance is an advantage
  • Previous experience in investment banking or financial institution is preferred


  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required

Technical Skills

  • Regulatory background, with knowledge of HKMA and SFC rules is an advantage
  • Knowledge of compliance framework and financial products is an advantage
