Change Manager (IT)
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Group Strategy and Transformation team to develop change strategies and plans to support group transformation initiatives as delegated
  • Support the delivery of change management of group initiatives across the divisions as delegated
  • Manage preparation of communication messages and materials to support governance forums and stakeholder engagement forums
  • Engage key stakeholders across the divisions and group functions to support the execution of change initiatives
  • Active contribution to the Transformation team
  • Conduct regular change readiness assessments and implement strategies to respond
  • Develop detailed impact assessments considering people, process, system and financial impacts; develop appropriate strategies to address the impacts
  • Contribute to the refinement of processes and procedures to improve change methodologies
  • Consult with business leaders and all other key stakeholders to implement solutions that generate increased adoption and acceptance of change
  • Drive ownership of change through influence, relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Develop change networks as appropriate to increase ownership and support for change
  • Develop communication strategies that ensure continuation of staff engagement and retention Scoping, planning, and documenting change plans and engaging business leaders to ensure their implementation
  • Drive business change at all levels
  • Undertake analysis to identify Change Management issues, their impact, implications and develop action against the change management model
  • End to end project management of the change strategy and roll out of plan
  • Adapt plans as required to address stakeholder needs

Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of change management skills and use of project management practices, methodologies and tools e.g. ProSci and PRINCE
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Relationship, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong ability to facilitate outcomes within the business using influencing and negotiation skills
  • Resilient, self-driven & emotionally intelligent
  • 4+ years of experience in a Change Management role (preferred)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
