In view of its rapid development, a high-calibre, strategic Finance professional is required to lead the team and grow with the Group’s multi-faceted businesses.

Job Details:

  • Responsible for establishing the financial management goal, formulation and implementation of the company’s financial strategy
  • Monitor the company’s Finance and Accounting operations and expand financing channels
  • Assist in formulating, implementing and monitoring the company’s financial control policies, streamline intercompany billing and payment processes, to enhance financial health of the business
  • Improve the finance and tax functions, leading and reviewing group corporate accounting, financial system and financial analyses.  Be responsible for monthly, quarterly, interim and annual reporting
  • Drive the overall preparation of financial activities including forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis, incorporating financials of all subsidiaries
  • Work closely with auditors, values, legal advisors and corporate finance departments on internal control, statutory reporting, ensure compliance with Hong Kong listing rules as well as local and overseas regulatory requirements
  • Responsible for the operation of domestic and overseas capital of the company and participating in the negotiation of investment and M&A projects, reviewing strategic research and industrial planning reports


  • Degree holder in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration, with CPA qualification
  • A minimum of 15 years' relevant working experience comprising five years in Big-4 or internationally acclaimed audit firms, as well as five years at managerial level in listed companies
  • Expertise in the financial & capital markets in dealing with investors and analysts would be an advantage
  • Experience in sizeable Chinese enterprises would be an asset
  • Strong understanding of tax codes and laws
  • Possess high standard of work ethics, strong analytical mind, time management skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
