Responsibilities

  • Monitor the settlement related issues: the trade prematching until settlement completeness
  • Investigate and resolution of un-match trade with client's custodian, our clearing agents and clients directly
  • Maintain the correct trade records
  • Adhoc reporting and trade related issues
  • Contact point of settlement related matters for Asian markets with clients and international offices

Key Experience & Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder
  • Fresh Graduates who are passionate about Settlement function within Banking & Financial Services
  • Strong Team-working skills - for working with both internal departments in Hong Kong and globally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese
  • Require a self-starter who can manage competing deadlines and can prioritise appropriately
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with advanced working knowledge of Excel
