We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Client Digital Experience Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • To promote and implement HSBC Securities Services digital products to clients with the objective of contributing to enhancing the client experience and improving efficiency of the HSBC Securities Services business
  • Be responsible on providing demonstration on HSBC Securities Services digital products, including HSBCnet in sale pitch presentation or client service meetings
  • To provide oversight through the onboarding process on digital solutions
  • To provide oversight to the First Line Support
  • To drive and manage client migration projects to digital solutions, with support from Change Management and Support Team
  • To collect and translate customer feedback into product features and enhancements, working closely with Product Management, Change Management and Development team to ensure that requirements are understood and that designs support the requirements
  • To ensure the internal awareness and conduct training to ensure all internal teams to familiarize the new functions and value to the clients


Qualifications
Requirements

  • Experience in promoting web portal and digital solutions
  • Experience in client services and project management
  • Knowledge of securities services including fund services and custody business
  • Result oriented, able to drive a thin client approach within defined risk parameters
  • Able to manage a complex and multi-disciplinary global environment
  • Able to work in pressurized environment and manage priorities effectively and be a good team player at the same time
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
