We Offer
This role will provide in-house experience design capabilities within CS APAC supporting APAC Platform design demands which has direct impact to client experience. The role will contributes towards driving a consistent and high quality client experience and will be reporting to the APAC Platform Strategy & Design head.

The candidate will:

  • Participate in agile development process, interface with the APAC Platform team and development team and provide design options/solutions
  • Improve Client Experience of existing and new applications
  • Demonstrate ability to find alternative solutions
  • Maintain Client Experience guidelines
  • Conduct co-design workshops with clients, stakeholders and developers
  • Validate designs with all stakeholders including clients
  • Gain awareness of competitive services offerings
  • Map existing CS APAC client journeys
  • Need to have awareness and involvement in the overall CS brand strategy
