One of our top tier investment-banking clients is seeking for a Client Onboarding Manager to join their company until end of March 2019. Contract extensions will be subject to individual performance and business needs.



Job Responsibilities

  • Manage pipeline and its execution, in cooperation with client relationship manager and Client Onboarding operations
  • Identify, summarise and escalate process issues with local contacts and regional lead and implement improvements
  • Handle complex and sensitive cases as case manager
  • Prepare regular status reports for local and regional management


Job Requirements

  • 6 years or more corporate banking or relevant experiences
  • Experience in Client Onboarding, particularly specializing in institutional clients is highly preferred
  • Excellent written communication and reasoning skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively at varying levels of seniority within the organisation
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Strong self-initiative, problem solving oriented attitude, action driven
  • Good negotiation skills, strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work dynamically across countries and regions.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and adhere to strict delivery timelines.
