• Work closely with front office to obtain and ensure the necessary documents are in place for client on boarding according to regulatory requirements • Perform due diligence and KYC checks on clients and process the account application forms in accordance to policies and procedures • Handle processing of clients’ updates and changes to their accounts • Respond to both internal and external client enquiries • Prepare daily and monthly reports • Work closely with other related departments • Perform timely periodic reviews on client accounts

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a Client Service role (preferably with equity market experience) and familiar with the regulatory requirements related to client on boarding
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate confidently with the sales team and clients
  • Pleasant personality and able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus.
