  • Perform daily administration of mutual fund registration related activities including liaising with internal and external clients in connection with the execution and handling of customer instructions
  • Ensure that client queries are handled in a timely manner
  • Perform KYC administrative activities to onboard any new distributors or investors and ongoing due diligence
  • Perform FATCA and CRS due diligence
  • Oversight of processing team activities and performance
  • Ensure processes and controls are in place and that there is strict compliance and adherence to corporate policies and procedures as well as regulatory rules and guidelines
  • Undertake projects when required to enhance, streamline and integrate work processes to increase productivity and strengthen operational performance and service standards
  •  Review and delivery periodic department MIS or client reports


  • Bachelor of Business or Finance
  • 2-3 relevant TA experience (with FATCA and CRS experience will be added value)
  • Excellent administrative and the ability of multi-task
  • Proactive and work as a team
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
