A leading multinational bank is looking for a high-caliber candidate to join the New Business Implementation team.


  • Responsible for the new business onboarding process for clients based in the Asia Pacific region
  • Key objective is to lead new fund/client take on within a prescribed risk profile, product scope, timeline and budget
  • Involves close coordination, on a project basis, all the way from business take-on approval, agreeing on key operational requirements, getting requisite setups completed, navigating legal documentation, arranging asset transitions etc all the way to go-live
  • Involves high level of client communication and client interaction
  • Work very closely with Sales and business development team, Client Services team and key personnel at client’s end
  • Ensure that clients and internal stakeholders are kept updated periodically and any issues escalated quickly
  • Success is reflected in client satisfaction scores achieved via a smooth onboarding experience that leads to the commencement of a long-term business relationship



  • Relevant experience in Global Banking and Markets businesses
  • Familiarity and experience in Asset Servicing, unit trust regulations, fund structures and associated market practices will be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage clients
  • Ability to understand detailed operational and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent written English, excellent oral skills in English. Mandarin and Cantonese skills will be an advantage.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
  • Willing to drive change and improve client experience
