WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assist in the establishment of compliance management system, evaluation mechanism and working guidelines as well as formulate compliance management regulations
  • Conduct compliance review on the nature and process of business units and provide constructive recommendations to management for improvement
  • Establish mechanism for identification and application of external regulatory policy, and maintain regular communication with external regulators.
  • Promote the compliance culture in the Group
  • Supervise and inspect the integrity of the management, and conduct independent compliance investigation project
  • Collaborate with subordinate risk control department and maintain relevant statistical database
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as requested

 

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Economic or relevant disciplines
  • Possession of legal qualification or relevant professional qualifications such as CPA / CFA / FRM
  • Excellent report writing in both English and Chinese
  • Good problem solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective time management to meet tight deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
