I'm currently working with a global insurance technology firm who has been developing ground breaking initiatives in the industry. They are currently looking for a Contact Center Manager/SME who will be working closely with an onshore and offshore teams as they enter new regional markets.
This #TEKie has:
- 4+ years of BA/Contact Center Operations experience
- A 'completer-finisher' taking accountability for ideas from inception to delivery. To identify and deliver process improvement activity across the business.
- Manage vendor relationship and provide governance on customer contact centre operation.
- Manage the process, draw insights and initiate improvement plan based on the Net Promoter Score from different countries.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin a plus but not a must have.
