As the Marketing Specialist at Schroders, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing efforts for the Hong Kong intermediary and private bank businesses

Your primary focus would be as follow:

Marketing collaterals, offline and digital, production and fulfilment

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns
  • Manage always-on advertising efforts as assigned
  • Event management and execution
  • Maintenance of client communication channels
  • Premium production and management

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing communication and collaterals fulfilment and production

  • Production of digital marketing assets, eg. webcast, video, eDM
  • Production and dissemination of marketing collaterals such as monthly brochures, fund reports and statutory materials
  • Works with internal stakeholders, external vendors and data providers to ensure marketing assets are produced smoothly, timely, correctly and in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines
  • Maintain and keep a proper filing system for marketing materials for audit purposes
  • Desktop publishing support for senior management, eg. client meeting presentations, chart packs and other ad hoc marketing materials in urgent cases Marketing Campaigns
  • Liaise and support the business teams to facilitate smooth and efficient campaign execution, with critical paths managed and timelines met • Execute always-on advertising, as assigned.

Event Management

  • Drive and manage intermediary and private bank businesses’ marketing events such as distributor seminars, luncheons and fund expo, and deliver to business and client expectations with high efficiency.
  • Handle all aspects, from shaping the event with the business team to venue sourcing and set-up, vendor management, budget management, on-site execution and post-event tracking and reporting.

 Maintenance of Client Communications channels

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to prepare product and marketing materials/ information for IVRs and website uploading.
  • Liaise with external vendors (such as IVRs, fundinfo) for marketing collaterals maintenance and updating and ensure updated information delivered to respective platforms.
  • Handle incoming emails from corporate email account. Identify and disseminate emails to relevant parties for further handling if required.


 Premium management

  • Source suitable premiums according to brief, budget plan and business needs
  • Manage vendors and quality control
  • Stock management and reporting 

Requirements:

  • Degree graduate with at least 2-3 years of marketing & communications experience
  • Preferably have worked in an financial services environment
  • Enjoys working in a team environment and open to exchange of ideas
  • Open to a 6 months contract
  • Ability to start within short notice
