Our client, a rapidly expanding financial institution licensed under the SFO to conduct Type 6 regulated services, is now seeking high-caliber candidates to become one of the key members of the team.



  • Implementing or advising on IPO, takeovers, mergers, acquisitions, disposals, project financing, management buyouts, corporate restructurings, rights issues, placements and other fund raising exercises
  • Manage and work with the team to assess potential deals and handle full spectrum on structuring and executing mandated transactions including managing client relationships, preparing pitch books, assisting in the documentation process, coordinating the entire transaction and activities of all working groups, conducting due diligence, site visits, management and third parties interviews, as well as liaising with the relevant regulatory authorities
  • Participate and contribute to the strategic planning for various business units of the group
  • Perform and support the decision process of investment projects and valuation and financial analysis, legal analysis and operating environment analysis
  • Execute various HK listed companies corporate finance mandates including, financial advisory and independent financial advisory mandates on takeovers of listed companies, whitewash waivers, acquisitions and disposals, connected transactions, reorganizations, privatizations, reverse takeovers and secondary issues, as well as post-IPO compliance advisory
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management



  • MUST be Hong Kong SFC Type 6 RO and Sponsor Principal status
  • University Graduate or above in Finance, Economics, Law or related discipline
  • Strong experience in IPO and M&A and professional knowledge of Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and proficiency in Putonghua
  • Proficiency in MS Word (Chinese word processing), Excel and PowerPoint
