We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Corporate Specialist Head Pensions.

Principal responsibilities

  • Liaising effectively with commercial banking, global markets and brokers to uplift the referral rate across all customer segments

  • Acting as the key central point of contact to oversee and manage the collaboration between commercial banking, global markets and brokers and Pensions, and driving and implementing solutions to overcome hiccups

  • Overseeing the salesforce management in respect of the commercial banking, global markets and brokers channels, including performance monitoring, evaluation, development of effective sales pipeline and tracking process oversight for all referrals from commercial banking, global markets and brokers

  • Overseeing the servicing need of commercial banking, global markets and brokers' customers

  • Driving and implementing initiatives to strengthen the awareness of the Pensions proposition within commercial banking, global markets and brokers

  • Planning, managing and allocating resources effectively to ensure sales and servicing standards


Qualifications

Requirements
  • University degree holder or equivalent with sound experience

  • Solid experience in business development and sales management, particularly in the MPF and insurance industry would be a definite advantage

  • Proficient in PC skills including Excel, Words and Database skill

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
