We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Customer Development Officer .

Principal responsibilities

  • Generate data analysis to provide customer insights to support new customer initiatives
  • Generate ongoing customer MIs to internal key stakeholders
  • Support in project management from idea creation, development to implementation for customer related projects and initiatives
  • Assist in measuring campaigns, events or projects effectiveness, and providing reports to support customer development strategy formulation and to improve customer experiences
  • Support to generate customer portfolio analysis for retention and cross selling campaigns
  • Manage the campaign fulfillment
  • Maintain relationship and liaise with co workers, other business units and external vendors to coordinate campaign implementation, conduct data analysis and reports to meet business needs


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University Graduates
  • Knowledge and background in statistics and MI analysis preferred
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft application especially in Excel and Access
  • Knowledge of simple programming will be preferred
  • Detailed oriented
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
