Customer Services related position in a well established securities firm

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
  2. Handle client onboarding materials to ensure those are in compliance with relevant rules and regulations
  3. Actively maintain client information
  4. Handle ad-hoc tasks as and when necessary

 

Requirements:

  1. University graduate
  2. Possession of SFC Type 1 and Type 2 licenses
  3. Around 2 years of relevant experiences in securities brokerage firm
  4. Experience in dealing with Mainland Chinese clients
  5. Strong proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English.  Mandarin proficiency is a must
  6. Strong team management skills
