Customer Service Officer
Job Description

My client is a financial institution in Hong Kong and looking for Customer Service Officers to support their expanding business.

Responsibilities
  • Handle phone enquiries, applications, transactions and requests from customers via Voice or Text
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers timely
  • Provide constructive feedback on operational procedures/workflow for service enhancement and efficiency improvement
  • Provide training and coaching to junior staff and new hires of the team

Requirements
  • Post-secondary or above / HKCEE / HKDSE with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above including Chinese, English and Mathematics
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in the banking industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Possess HKSI and IIQE qualifications will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Customer Service Officer
