Responsibilities

  • Execute client's order including place order, record keeping and order confirmation
  • Handle inquiries from clients and relationship managers
  • Provide administrative support to relationship managers
  • Assist the department for projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business or related disciplines
  • At least 3 year's working experience in finance or banking industry
  • Well-versed in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other Microsoft Office application
  • Good communication skills
  • Language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Putonghua-speaking experience with Taiwanese or Mainland Chinese would be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge on insurance business is preferred
