The Customer Support Engineer works directly with global Banking clients, providing technical support for application, system and basic network troubleshooting issues. Occasionally the position will also be involved in various client projects.


  • Providing first class technical support to global Banking clients
  • Tier 2 incident management for application, system and basic networking issues
  • Contributing to the documentation and procedures for service improvements
  • Participating in the delivery of client projects


  • Degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an application or system support position - candidates in a more technical role wishing for more client/project exposure are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with Unix/Linux environments
  • Good knowledge of relational databases i.e. SQL/PLSQL
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
