We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Data Activation Specialist .

Principal responsibilities

  • Support end to end data processing for the Data Enablement team, identifying data sources, processes and activation opportunities working closely with the Data Architect to understand data models and taxonomies
  • Lead integration of multiple data sources, into the chosen DMP or technology, across multiple channels, data providers, and third party relationships
  • Responsible for the data architecture or identity mappings across the Adobe stack from Adobe Analytics, Target through to Adobe Audience Manager
  • Ad hoc trouble shooting for internal DMP and data queries
  • Educating markets and internal teams on DMP best practice
  • Discover market challenges and identify gaps in their DMP setup and configuration
  • Work to achieve processes to maintain efficiency and communication between digital teams
  • Ensure knowledge sharing exists across channels, unifying the planning process
  • Creating best practice implementation between the Data Enablement team, and the performance teams, leading to more consistent and better thought out activation of planned campaigns
  • Support the tracking and management of DMP and DSP data
  • Manage the DMP platform, Adobe Audience Manager
  • Collaborates and partners with other teams to enhance the Data enablement engagement by improving campaigns and developing new configurations for future programs


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Degree with a course focus on engineering, computer science, business information systems, marketing, or mathematics preferred
  • Implementation and usage experience with audience management technologies as a deep hands on subject matter expert
  • Deep knowledge of Audience Manager and its configuration
  • Experience with the following providers is critical, Adobe Audience Manager, DoubleClick, The Trade Desk or other agency proprietary platforms
  • Experience in deploying site and media tags and pixels both within and outside of tag management systems
  • Excellent structured communication skills with the ability to frame complex marketing and technical concepts in a way that facilitates discussion and deeper levels of understanding at our clients
  • Ability to bridge marketing and technology
  • Knowledge and experience in digital marketing and advertising, including leveraging strategy, data, analytics, and technology to drive business outcome
  • Strong skills in engagement and project management, data integration, digital data and technology deployment
  • Strong MS Office skills and ability to present to technical, business, and marketing audiences
  • A self starter orientation within a fast-paced environment with an intense desire and drive to make things happen
