Your new role

• Data Processing. Provide assists on business analysis by acquiring data from data sources and maintaining databases.
• Analytics. Utilize data to understand user behavior and areas for improvement in our marketplace dynamics regarding delivery partners retention, efficiency and potential product launches.
• Develop & Optimize Processes. Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps. Own processes and constantly seek to improve them.
• Project Management. You drive projects from beginning to end and deliver the results.
• Copywriting. You are comfortable in explaining complex product / policy updates/ promotional campaigns in writing which is easy for our users to understand

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent Excel and SQL skills. Coding, or other programming experience are strong plus
• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in marketing or management consulting industry
• Strong project management skills - You have excellent organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks
• Detail-mindedness - You have great attention to detail and can independently complete deliverables with minimal supervision
• Word Savviness. You're eloquent and able to strike the perfect tone in written Chinese and English is a strong plus
• A data-driven and analytical mindset - You examine data and know the right questions to ask to get to actionable outcomes
