Our client is a leading international bank. We are looking for a Delivery Lead to support them on a strategic hire for a 3- month contract in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex customer experience initiatives from design to release
• Build cross-functional teams and maintain clear stakeholder communication
• Resolve risks and blockers while driving timely, high-quality outcomes

Key Requirements

• 7-15 years of delivery lead or programme management experience in investment banking, wealth management, or asset management
• Deep knowledge of investment managed solutions or equivalent industry experience
• Expertise in discretionary portfolio management, funds, private equity, and alternative investments, including trade and post-trade processes
• Proven success driving digital transformation and customer experience initiatives with Agile methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management across geographies with excellent communication and negotiation skills
