Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end to end engagement and delivery for the Credit Card & Unsecured Lending Technical Platform.
  • Responsible for the delivery of the investment portfolio to transform the business including leveraging domain expertise, technical expertise, assets and infrastructure to mobilize projects to deliver to budget, timeline and quality outcomes including asset health maintenance and contributing to the stability of production systems
  • Deliver change (through enhancements, BAU, Initiatives) on time, within budget and aligned with appropriate change framework while maintaining quality and stability.
  • Consistently plan for accelerated pace of change of delivery with a focus on quality and increased value.
  • Drive long term technical and architectural solutions for the platform, and ensure they are in-line with overall platform roadmaps, thereby reducing technical debt and maintaining a platform that is fit for purpose.
  • Drive industrialization of the platform with measurable uplifts through appropriate tools and frameworks resulting in efficiencies, including risk and controls.
  • Actively work with and manage a wide range of stakeholders in the business, technology and outside the bank, on new initiatives, planning, delivery issues, escalations, critical success factors and escalations for resolution.
  • Work with and manage product vendors, focusing on (including but not limited to) deliverables, commercial terms and alignment to strategies, with a focus on long term strategies and driving up quality and introducing efficiencies.


Requirements
  • Degree or above in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years working experience in information systems, design, software development and support experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Any experience/knowledge in credit card is an advantage.
  • Good communication/presentation skill to face off with business users
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Able to work independently and willing to work with others
