Responsibilities:
- Perform trade flow monitoring for various Delta 1 products (TRS, Pnotes, Structured Notes, Cash Equity, Futures, FX, SBL) review and solve complex process and trade flow issues
- Monitor Corporate Action and book the events into system
- Maintain and improve control framework for cash, security and collateral reconciliations etc.
- Perform trade settlement and fund transfer payment with counterparties
- Reconcile and conduct HKTR Reporting to HKEx
- Follow established procedures and perform appropriate controls (including cash, security and collateral reconciliations)
- Perform cash and position reconciliations
- Liaise with internal departments stakeholders and support process streamlining projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree holder wiht 2 years or above trade support experience
- Practical working knowldge of Delta One products and trade work flow
- Strong risk and control awareness,
- Team player with good organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Strong multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must
- Confident in Microsoft Office, particularly excel and VBA
