  • Utilizing data for decision making and reporting on effectiveness of content
  • Experience and knowledge of web publishing tools, content management systems, capabilities and automated translation platforms
  • Digital best practice including SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), writing for web, optimisation and accessibility
  • Capability in delivering localized digital content across multiple platforms, especially mobile



We are looking for exceptional talent with the following skills and expertise:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital content writing. Experience from a management consulting or financial services firm would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Cantonese and Mandarin are an advantage
  • Strong understanding of capital markets products, asset / investment management, custody and clearing, depositary, transfer agency, fund administration are highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills – and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, and achieve goals in a challenging, ever-changing environment
  • Strong end-to-end problem-solving skills, e.g., defining and deconstructing problems
  • Working understanding of web technology tools such as XML, HTML, and varying digital asset types
  • Outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently; work well in cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile or Waterfall are preferred 
  • Experience in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
