One of a leading boutique finance services firms is expanding their team. The team is seeking someone who can be hands-on in leading corporate finance projects

Our client is a HK based financial services with a focus in Private Equity, Real Estate and Special Situations. They provide to the investment and advisory needs of mid to larges businesses and high net worth individuals / family offices. The firm has invested into sectors such as F&B, consumer retail and education in different regions


This post is responsible for supporting the Partner for researching, assessing potential deals, reviewing feasibility study report, providing business and financial recommendations on projects

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate finance projects including M&A, IPO executions, capital restructuring

  • Fully responsible for handling deal life cycle including legal and financial due diligence, execution process and listing rules compliance issues

  • Monitor the financial performance of the company and prepare regular financial analysis

  • Liaise and cooperate with regulators and other professional parties in negotiation and execution of M&A transactions

  • Review potential new business opportunities and maintain client relationships

  • Review and comment legal documents including but not limited to NDA, LOI, Termsheet, LPA and SPA

  • Advise corporate structure and reorganization to existing and potential projects for IPO purpose


The person

This is a position which requires hands on experience in leading varies corporate finance projects and willing to work with a relatively lean structure with extensive autonomy

Education & Experience

  • Degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, law or related areas

  • At least 4-6 years' relevant working experience with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in corporate finance transaction support, listing rules compliance duties and M&A activities

  • In-depth company secretary experiences

  • CPA and CFA holder with IPO experience is preferred

  • Familiar with HK listing rules, relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standard

  • Switch on, proactive, tactful, strong analytical skill and business sense and able to work under pressure

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
