Role Summary

HKIS develops and supports systems spanning across company front office to back office, our team composes of over hundred local staff partnering with development partners from regional/global office, local and offshore vendors, to compose a pool of highly competent resource.


  • Manage all system projects for customer channel web applications to ensure end-to-end delivery, including strategic initiatives (ie. Web and Mobile).
  • Lead, engage, & develop team members, and manage development partners, to build a high performing team for enabling business initiatives in supporting customer digital channels' growth
  • Support the formulation and execution of business / system strategy & roadmap
  • Able to articulate and present technical implementation in business terms

  • University graduates in any computer-related discipline
  • At least 12 years' relevant working experience with at least 8 years in a supervisory role

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Solid experience in leading web development
  • Strong people management, project management, and vendor management skill
  • Strategic thinking while able to make quick-win tactical decision
  • Strong presentation, communication & Interpersonal skills
