My client, one of the top FMCG companies is looking for a highly qualified executive to join their team in Hong Kong to continue to develop the IR strategies
- Develop the overall IR strategies
- Responsible for day-to-day IR operations including quarterly results announcement and press releases; manage the logistics associated with calls and meetings; prepare speeches and presentations to investors; responds promptly to investment community questions and attend investor-related conferences and events
- Develops & updates “Hot Topics” to support results announcements and analyst calls
- Monitors competitors’ results announcements and analyst research
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Economics, Finance, or Business
- A minimum of 8 years experience in corporate finance or investment banking, including experience with Hong Kong Stock Exchange
- Experience in M&A, capital markets (sell-side analysis, asset management), finance or strategy in Hong Kong
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Absolute integrity in dealing with confidential and stock price-sensitive information
- Independently, a self-starter
- Highly developed influencing skills
- Comfort and experience in working in different cultures
- Fluent in English and Chinese
