Our client is a reputable and growing Chinese asset manager with a strong presence in Hong Kong. They have full support and strong business referrals from their mainland Head Office to develop offshore business. With a newly appointed senior leadership team, they are actively expanding their distribution capabilities and are currently hiring a seasoned Distribution Sales for the Hong Kong office.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be joining a small and dynamic team. As the leading role to channel distribution, you will be responsible for driving and maintaining strong relationships with banks, brokers, and other distribution channels in Hong Kong. You will work closely with the portfolio managers and product teams to present the fund product offering (with a strong focus on ETF products) to identified clients. You will also help form sales and marketing strategies by keeping abreast of current market trends to cater to client needs.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
2. Solid experience in channel sales / distribution with reputable asset managers, securities houses, or banks.
3. Native Cantonese speaker or highly fluent in Cantonese is a MUST.
4. Experience in ETF products and competitive market knowledge is HIGHLY REGARDED.
5. Driven, reliable, and result-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus).
