E-Learning Instructional Designer (Business Analyst), Contract

Our client is a UK based education leader with products across all academic sectors from pre-primary to higher education to adult learning.They are looking for an energetic individual to join the dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess learning needs, environment and instructional systems design models for program design and development
  • Design appropriate learning strategies
  • Develop materials for various learning programs (self-guided, instructor led, web based) in support of learning strategies
  • Analyze existing content for reuse and integrate into instructional solutions
  • Design, develop and implement pilot tests on learning program and complete resulting revisions
  • Supervise and collaborate effectively with team members, internal and external, to achieve project targets and goals
  • Support activities to facilitate successful program launch, including services staff selection/training, program roll-out, communication to relevant audiences

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Instructional Design, Liberal Arts or related discipline or teaching qualifications
  • At least 3 years of related working experience
  • Ability to understand education needs, whether in school or otherwise and to be creative in identifying solutions
  • Familiar with the uses of technology, learning management systems, Web 2.0 tools
  • Strong experience in e-Learning methodology, Instructional Design theories, models, application and designing tools
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
