ECommerce Manager
The E-Commerce Manager will manage and support the expansion of e-Commerce & digital capabilities and any potential new business growth by exploring new digital channels in Hong Kong to facilitate the best online experience. He/She will work closely with cross-functional teams and external online partners/accounts to effectively manage and execute e-Commerce brand site strategies, etc.

Responsibilities:
    \t
  • Manage and execute all digital partnership related activities, including but not limited to:\t
      \t\t
    • Work closely with APAC e-Commerce Shared Service Group, Merchandising, and Marketing teams in Hong Kong to understand business priorities and translate them into strategies that support business objectives
    • \t\t
    • Drive the business and secure appropriate marketing exposure and activities for each season across all brands offered, by closely partnering with online partners/accounts
    • \t\t
    • Develop creative briefs for all marketing, initiative, work with APAC e-Commerce Project Management and Production teams to ensure creative assets are to spec, meet the marketing/business objectives, and are delivered to account(s) on time
    • \t\t
    • Coordinate with APAC IT and Digital Operations team to deliver product assets on time and ensure that all product details are accurately presented on partnering sites
    • \t\t
    • Work with internal cross-functional teams; represent perspectives of partner accounts and communicate deadlines / requirements / restrictions effectively
    • \t\t
    • Identify new online marketing opportunities and platforms, and develop strategies for e-Commerce optimization
    • \t\t
    • Monitor the business daily to ensure on-strategy, on-brand execution of all program activities
    • \t\t
    • Partner with finance team to support the invoicing, refund and finance reconciliation processes
    • \t\t
    • Own seasonal marketing calendar and recaps for each account
    • \t
    \t
  • \t
  • Lead analysis of all campaign/business metrics\t
      \t\t
    • Establish KPI analysis and reporting processes with each account for all business and marketing initiatives
    • \t\t
    • Partner with internal/external Marketing Analytics team to track and identify actionable data
    • \t\t
    • Develop monthly and quarterly sales and marketing reports for distribution to internal teams
    • \t
    \t
  • \t
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and evaluate new opportunities\t
      \t\t
    • Monitor competitive digital campaigns/marketing activities within third-party selling platform
    • \t\t
    • Compile and present competitive trends and insights with identified opportunities
    • \t\t
    • Assist in the evaluation of new e-Commerce partnership opportunities in Hong Kong
    • \t\t
    • Assist in new project / account launches
    • \t

Requirements:
    \t
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • \t
  • At least 8 years of experience in E-Commerce, at least 3 years in brand Ecommerce experience
  • \t
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and working relationship with Search Engine Marketing vendors is a plus.
  • \t
  • Fluent in spoken and written of Cantonese and English
  • \t
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong, client-service approach
  • \t
  • Ability to think proactively, creatively problem solve, prioritize, and escalate issues when needed
  • \t
  • Self-starter, responsible, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • \t
  • Ability to multitask/handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
