Support the management of equity, fixed income, and derivatives-based ETFs, with exposure to portfolio management, ETF trading, capital markets, derivatives, index methodologies, and product development.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with ETF portfolio management, including trade execution, rebalancing, cash management, corporate actions, risk monitoring, and performance analysis
2. Support the management of equity, fixed income, and derivatives-based ETF strategies
3. Monitor derivatives exposures and support portfolio implementation
4. Conduct research on ETF markets, index methodologies, liquidity, and investor trends
5. Collaborate with Capital Markets, Product, Sales, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams on fund launches and ongoing management
6. Participate in ETF product development and prepare investment analysis and client materials
7. Support portfolio management systems, automation, and investment analytics enhancements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative disciplines
2. 2+ years of experience in ETF portfolio management, ETF trading, index products, asset management, capital markets, or related investment functions
3. Understanding of ETFs, portfolio construction, and index methodologies
4. Bloomberg proficiency and strong analytical skills
5. Exposure to derivatives and risk management concepts is advantageous
6. Programming skills (Python, SQL, VBA, or R) and CFA/FRM qualifications are a plus
7. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and interest in developing a career in ETF portfolio management
