Electronic Security Engineering – Group Risk Management (Corporate Security)
Job Responsibilities: - To handle day to day maintenance schedule and progress
- To liaise with and manage multiple vendor on delivering service according to service level agreement
- Perform regular system administration, performance monitoring, tuning as well as related problem trouble-shooting
- Improve installation setup and operating procedures, and develop and maintain support documentation
- Implement compliance standards and perform regular system compliance review and proactively assesses exposure area
- Manage procurement and carry out asset management for equipment being supported
- Manage vendor to ensure the highest quality delivery and implementation
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience with security system, administration and system support
- Degree in computer engineering, computer studies or relevant discipline
- Strong knowledge of extra low voltage system, configuration management
- Strong hands-on experience in Honeywell Pro-Watch System is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills
