We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Engagement Head.

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Deliver or support activities to help build employer brand of Hong Kong Insurance
  • Devise and execute staff engagement campaigns end to end
  • Manage staff engagement channels such as Insurance's intranet page, quarterly staff newsletters and production of Chief Executive Officer or Exco messages in video format
  • Champion the delivery of staff engagement programmes such as town hall
  • Develop, draft, write and produce internal communications materials in both English and Chinese
  • Work with Group Communications to promote awareness of the Insurance business' proposition and contribution to the Group via the bank's internal communications channels
  • Lead the organization of Corporate Social Responsibility and staff activities
  • Support the corporate brand build leveraging the Group's thought leadership programmes through traditional press, via partnership with Group Communications, social media and other digital channels, via partnership with Marketing


Qualifications
Requirements
  • ​Solid experience in the Banking or Insurance industry in driving staff engagement and brand build
  • Proven track record in delivering employee communications and engagement programmes independently
  • Seasoned experience of organising events such as staff activities
  • Solid experience of internal communications channel management and content management, tech savvy to know the latest communications channels and trends
  • Experienced in influencing stakeholders
  • Experienced in managing external production houses and contractors
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese
