STI Asset Management Limited (“STIAM”) is currently licensed company to carry Type 1 (Dealing in Securities), Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities in Hong Kong. The company provides wide range of services to professional investors and institutional clients relate to asset management and investment sectors. This role is to assist the Assistant to Chairman to provide secretarial support to the Management team as well as to follow up projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Keep track of all planned objectives and projects to be completed before deadline
  • Prepare executive documents including spread sheets, graphs, presentations and management reports
  • Formulate and manage marketing event coordination
  • Manage local and overseas travel arrangement
  • Handling banking matters including opening and closing of bank accounts
  • Plan and coordinate with related external / internal parties for appointments, meetings, invitations, staff events, etc.
  • Manage filing system
  • Provide full range of personal and secretarial support to Chairman
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

Key Skills

  • Diploma or above
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, flexible and diligent personality
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in serving senior executive
  • Familiar with SFC regulation is a plus
  • Formal secretarial training is preferred
  • Experience in working in MNC is preferred
