The objective of this role is to act as strategic advisor to our clients by formulating investment strategies and raising capital for clients. We will provide comprehensive training and all-rounded support throughout the process. Job description:

  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to address customer needs.
  • Maintain solid and trustful relationships with clients
  • Establish high net worth client networks
  • Develop new client base especially for corporate clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to build an effective and resilient sales culture that grows new relationships while deepening existing ones
  • Provide professional financial and insurance analysis, advice and after-sales service on risk- and wealth-management products, MPF and employee-benefits products
  • Provide market updates and strategies of employee benefit
  • Distinguished MPF platform to build up clients‘ network
  • Company-organized activities to provide sales opportunities
  • Personal sales guidance and skill practices
  • Fast track to management level

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open-minded, eager to learn, self-motivated, work independently and responsible
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Related license(s) would be an advantage
  • Working experience(s) will be an advantage
